Problems with the webinar?

Apple:  iPad or iPhone

To watch the video on these devices, you need an APP, either Photon or Puffin.  Reboot your device and then try the video.

DAYS BEFORE THE WEBINAR, DO THE FOLLOW to OPTIMIZE YOUR WEBINAR EXPERIENCE:

  1. Download Chrome by going to Chrome.com and follow the directions.  This is a faster Internet provider than Internet Explorer or Fire Fox, in my experience
  2. Reboot your computer (that means to turn it off and then turn it on again.)
  3. Make sure you are not running “wireless”.  Hard wire means your computer is connected directly, with usually a blue cable, to your modem.
  4. If there are other members of the household using wireless connections at the same time, request that they turn off their wireless devices during this hour.
  5. Still a problem, call your provider and find out how old your modem is (these should be replaced every 18 months) and what the baud rate is.  Ask them to speed up your baud rate.  Usually there is no charge for this.
  6. Further problems, call Instant Presenter at 800-706-6762  during 9-5 PST.
