Computer issues

  1. If you have problems with the video, download Chrome by going to Chrome.com and follow the directions.
  2. Reboot your computer (that means to turn it off and then turn it on again.)
  3. Make sure you are not running “wireless”.  Hard wire means your computer is connected with usually a blue cable to your modem.
  4. If there are other members of the household using wireless connections at the same time, negotiate a time when they turn off their wireless devices, so you can watch the video.
  5. Still a problem, call your provider and find out how old your modem is (these should be replaced every 18 months) and what the baud rate is.  Ask them to speed up your baud rate.  Usually there is no charge for this.

Apple:  iPad or iPhone

To watch the video on these devices, you need an APP, either Photon or Puffin.  Reboot your device and then try the video.
